Rather than visiting one of our barbershops, we come to you — whether that’s your home, hotel or private residence.

This is a one-to-one service built around the individual. It is not a wedding package, group booking or event service.

Every appointment is tailored around your location, schedule and grooming requirements.

You may be travelling, working around a demanding schedule, staying in Queenstown for a short period, or simply prefer to be looked after in your own environment.

Our concierge service gives you access to an experienced our Gents service without needing to adjust your day around a standard barbershop appointment.

Your appointment can be built around the services you require, including:

Private Appointments at Home or Your Hotel

Appointments can be arranged at private residences, selected hotels and accommodation throughout Queenstown and surrounding areas.

Wānaka appointments may also be available depending on location and barber availability.

All we ask is that the space is suitable for our barber to work comfortably and professionally. If any additional setup is required, we will confirm this with you beforehand.

Pricing

Private Concierge Grooming is priced separately from our standard in-store services.

Because each booking is different, pricing is provided on request and reflects the time, location, service and barber required.

This allows us to keep the service genuinely personal rather than treating it as a standard call-out haircut.

Yes, provided the hotel or accommodation allows external service providers. Send us the property name when you enquire and we can confirm what is required.

Can I book a barber to come to my home?

Yes. Private home appointments are available depending on location and barber availability.

Is this available for weddings or groups?

No. This service is specifically designed for individual private appointments.

For group, corporate or event enquiries, contact our team separately.

Can I request a specific barber?

Yes. We will always try to accommodate barber requests, although this will depend on availability.

How much does it cost?

Every appointment is quoted individually based on the service, location, time and barber required.

Is the service available outside Queenstown?

Yes, depending on location and availability. Wānaka and selected surrounding areas can be considered.
